Frozen grapes. Get a ziplock bag filled with grapes of any kind and put them in the freezer overnight. The result is a healthy snack that is a great relief on a hot day.
Frozen blueberries. The same as the grapes. This can also be done with other berries but I tend to like the grapes and blueberries best.
Some other simple switches include switching from ice cream to frozen yogurt, and if you add toppings, use fruit toppings rather than chocolate.
